At Waystria, all products are digital downloads or personalized services. Due to the nature of digital content, standard returns are not available.
Digital Products
- Digital guides, travel kits, and downloadable templates cannot be refunded once access has been granted.
- If a file is corrupted or fails to download, contact support@waystria.com, and we will provide a replacement promptly.
Personalized Services
- Refunds are considered only if the service is not delivered as described.
- Contact support@waystria.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date to request a review.
- Refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting Support
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond promptly, aiming to resolve any issues efficiently.
Important Notes
- Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned.
- Personalized services are flexible but must follow the timeline agreed upon during purchase.
